Olivia Sands Beach and Nature Resort is in need of the following:
(1) RESORT SUPERVISOR
-Must be a resident in Island Garden City of Samal or willing to be assigned in Samal.
-Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management/Tourism/Hotel Management or any related field.
-At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience specifically in resort operations management.
-Strong understanding of resort management's best practices.
-Proficient in events and restaurant management, reservations, customer service, marketing, health and safety and regulatory compliance administration
-Good oral and written communication skills.
-Confident, articulate and with professional speaking abilities.
-Highly analytical with in-depth knowledge in financial activities such as budgeting of funds and expenses, food costing and establishing rates for entrances and activities.
-With excellent leadership and customer service skills.
