Project Engineer / Quality Engineer

Qualifications:

• Must be a PROFESSIONAL LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER
• With at least 3 year experience in surveying, project plan implementation, preparation of billing materials estimates, site management, and land development
• With experience in vertical projects
• Must be computer literate especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD
• Prepares status reports and updates with regard to construction, and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules
• Prepares billings for contractors and payroll for site admin workers
• Prepares a description and timeline of the project
• Maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
• Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations
• Makes prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning

PLANNING STAFF for CEBU

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 5  years of experience
• At least 5 year experience in either horizontal or vertical construction;
• Previous work experience in real estate and low cost housing;
• Proficient in AutoCad and Estimating works
• Prepares complete plans for incoming subdivision projects (both land development and house construction);
• Generates bill of quantities for each subdivision project.
