(1) CREDIT AND COLLECTION OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Monitor clients' payments and prepares the statement of accounts.
- Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
- Provides excellent customer service to clients.
JOB QUALIFICATION
-Graduate of any 4-year course in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or any related field.
- Male or Female
- Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position specifically in real estate setting but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize and manage multi-task
- Willing to be assign at Catalunan Grande, Davao City
