Project Engineer / Quality Engineer
- Must be a PROFESSIONAL LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER
- With at least 3 year experience in surveying, project plan implementation, preparation of billing materials estimates, site management, and land development
- With experience in vertical projects
- Must be computer literate especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD
- Prepares status reports and updates with regard to construction, and regularly monitors budgets, contractors, and schedules
- Prepares billings for contractors and payroll for site admin workers
- Prepares a description and timeline of the project
- Maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing rules and regulations within the site
- Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with government regulations
- Makes prompt and accurate response and action on complaints and queries concerning
